The Body Builders Development Programme objectives are:

  • To present a clear picture of body of Christ – the Church
  • To lay a solid foundation for service in the house of God.
  • To encourage effectiveness and excellence in ministry service through practical guidance.
  • To help build bridges between co-workers from within and between local assemblies.
  • To provide resource development support for local assemblies

The BBD programme – what it is about:

1. The BBD programme is church/ministry workers and leadership training programme designed to sit as a layer between the foundation courses provided to new believers by churches, and those organisational structures and operating models that are unique to each local church.    

2. The programme is also designed to provide sound leadership training to workers in preparation for leadership assignments.

3. The programme is also aimed to provide on going development to those already in leadership.

The BBD programme – what it is NOT about:

 1. BBDP is not about believers foundation classes, though we will build on these foundation and thus from time to time make reference to various pertinent subjects.

2. BBDP is not about establishing organisational structures for churches, though we could provide some assistance in this area.    

3. BBDP is not about defining doctrines for churches.
